EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
In today’s episode, we are going to do a sweet and simple rain meditation that helps children to feel more clear and relaxed (in their mind, heart, and body) before starting something new. This meditation, you can come back to and listen anytime when you feel stressed or overwhelmed.
If this is your first time meditating, don’t worry, there is always a first time for everything. Meditation is a practice for everyone–it helps us to feel more calm, connected, and centered. Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit for a couple of minutes…this may be a special corner that you have or you create to come back to each time you want to meditate.
We help kids practice mediation in this episode, to feel connected and calm, and to know it’s a practice they can come back to, again and again whenever needed.
