Maria grew up in Guatemala, studying law before moving to the United States and beginning her journey as yoga instructor.
Maria has taught yoga in Atlanta, Nashville and LA for over ten years, leading numerous retreats around the world and studying under a wide range of teachers throughout her career.
She currently lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband Adam, their daughter Esme and their 3 incredibly tiny dogs.
